AN ORDINANCE CREATING WITHIN THE PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION
FUND AN ADDITIONAL PROJECT ENTITLED PROJECT 44, REPLACING PARK
CARETAKER HOUSES; AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SEVEN THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE AND 69/100 DOLLARS ($7,183.69) FROM
UNENCUMBERED BALANCES REMAINING IN CERTAIN PARK & AIRPORT CON-
STRUCTION FUND PROJECTS TO PROJECT 44; APPROPRIATING SEVEN
THOUSAND SIXTEEN AND 31/100 DOLLARS ($7,016.31) FROM UNAPPRO-
PRIATED BALANCE IN THE PARK & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PRO-
JECT 44; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the replacement of caretaker houses
on park lands, it is necessary to create a Project for such purposes
within the Parks & Airport Construction Fund; and
WHEREAS, there is an unappropriated balance in the sum of Eight
Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Eight and 55/100 Dollars ($8,468.55) in
the Parks & Airport Construction Fund; and
WHEREAS, there are funds within other Park & Airport Construction
Fund Projects which have not been expended and which may be transferred
and used in defraying expenses incurred in replacing said park caretaker
houses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within the Parks & Airport Con-
struction Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Project entitled
Project 44, Replacing Park Caretaker Houses.
SECTION 2. There is hereby authorized and approved certain transfers
of money to Project 44 herein created from unencumbered balances in Pro-
jects within the Parks & Airport Construction Fund in the amounts and
from the projects as follows:

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance in the Parks & Airport Construction Fund the sum of Seven Thou-
sand Sixteen and 31/100 Dollars ($7,016.31) to Parks & Airport Construction
Fund Project 44, Replacing Park Caretaker Houses.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
