AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN
SEk, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP TWO NORTH,
RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS,
BEING ALL OF TREASURE HILL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
entered its Order on April 2, 1964, upon the Petition of
Rector - Phillips- Morse, Inc., and others being all of the
owners of the property affected, after due notice of hear-
ing on said Petition for the time and in the manner pre-
scribed by law, ordering the annexation to the City of
Little Rock of the following described lands located in
Pulaski County, Arkansas:
All of Treasure Hill Subdivision, more particu-
larly described as: Part of Section 34, T -2 -N,
R -13 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particu-
larly described as commencing at the SE corner
of Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence South 89°
47' 50" West, 955.5 feet along the South line of
Section 34 to the point of beginning; thence con-
tinuing along the South line of Section 34, North
890 25' 20" West, 335.15 feet; thence continuing
along said South line West 685.04 feet; thence
North 620.00 feet; thence East 230.00 feet; thence
North 280 00' East, 320.00 feet; thence North 03°
50' 20" East, 127.15 feet; thence North 28° 00'
East, 207.60 feet to a point on the Southerly
right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence
along a 24° 43' curve in said Southerly right -
of -way, a chord bearing and distance of South
650 10' 10" East, 76.21 feet; thence continuing
along the Southerly right -of -way, South 710 12'
30" East, 224.80 feet; thence along a 370 17'
20" curve in said Southerly R.O.W. line, a chord
bearing and distance of South 640 50' 30" East,
63.37 feet; thence South 28° 00' W, 309.91 feet;
thence S 33° 55' 10" E, 340.70 feet; thence E
150.00 feet; thence S 528.38 feet to the point
of beginning; containing 19.1 acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since
the entry of said Order of the County Court of Pulaski

County, Arkansas, and no person, firm or corporation has
instituted any proceeding in the Circuit Court of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, or elsewhere, to prevent such annexation,
and no protestants have appeared and no notice given to the
authorities of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, of any'
attempt to vacate, review, set aside or appeal from the said
Order of the County Court; and
WHEREAS, said above described lands are contiguous to
and adjoin the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
acting through this Board of Directors, does hereby approve
the annexation of, and does hereby accept and make a part
of the incorporated area of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, all of the lands described hereinabove in this
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. It is further ordered that said lands be,
and they are hereby, assigned and attached and made a part
of the Fifth Ward of said City of Little Rock.
