D MEAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 31st day of March , 1964, a0king the
Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the street except necessary
easement for maintenance of the creek between Blocks 11 and 12, Boulevard Terrace
Addition * 2 to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Plat Book + 1, Page 257, in the office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to aiy public easements in said
street; and
WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the Board of Directors has,
at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be
heard on the question and has ascertained that the street, hereinbefore described;
has heretofore been dedicated to the public use as a street, as herein described;
has not been actually used by the public generally for a period of at least five
(5) years subsequent to the filing of the plat; that all of the owners of the
property abutting upon theptreet to be vacated have filed with the Board of
Directors their written consent to such abandonment; and that public interest and
welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and
abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and
to the street designated as follows:
That area designated in a Bill of Assurance and Plat filed
in Pulaski County Recorder's Office, October 19, 1914, Plat
Book + 1, Page 257, dedicating for public use the area between
Blocks 11 and 12, Boulevard Terrace Annex # 2 Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easeents located in said street, and the
retention of an easement sufficient in width to enable the City to provide proper
maintenance of a creek flowing throu,,h the area.

SECTION Z. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk,
shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in
the Deed Re3ords of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from aad after
it's passage.
