AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1001 SOUTH TAYLOR STREET, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -1609, described as Part of the SV-4 SE4 SMF of Section 6, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described as: Begin 164 feet west
of the NE corner of said SV-4 SE 4 SW 4 on north line thereof , thence west
150 feet, thence south 150 feet, thence east 150 feet, thence north 150
feet to the point of beginning
To: "HI'- Business District
- From: "B11- Residence District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated 'District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
