AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND
NO /100 DOLLARS ($4, 250.00) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE
GENERAL FUND TO ACCOUNT 66 -3.1; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11,442,
SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR 1964; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated balance
in the General Fund the sum of Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No /100
Dollars ($4,250.00) to Account 66 -3.1, same being an account established
for the improvement of buildings and structures owned by the City of
Little Rock, and this appropriation shall be for the specific purpose of
remodeling Rooms 208 and 210 in City Hall.
SECTION 2. Section 3(31)D.1. of Ordinance No. 11,442, same being
the Budget Ordinance for 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
