ORDINANCE NO.- 11,462
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1, That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated,
Z -1546 - described as Block 31 Stevenson Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas; Block 19 Johnson's Addition, and Lots
11213,42596179 13, 149 15, and 16, Block 29 Johnson's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas. From: "D" - Apartment District
To: "H" - Business and "E" - Apartment District.
Z -1557 - described as Lots 1 and 2. Block 10* Pfeifer's Addition.
From: "C" - Two Family District To: "E" Apartment District.
Z -1560 - described as Lot 7, Henderson Subdivision of Block 12
and the South 353 feet of North 553 feet of Block 12, EXCEPT a Tract
75 feet in width from East to West and 100 feet in depth from North
to South in the NE corner of said South 353 feet; all in Block 12,
Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County: Arkansas.
From: "A" - One Family District To: "H" Business District
Z -1551 - described as the South 150 feet of Lot 1, and all of Lot
22 Smith- Parker Addition, From: "F" - Commercial District To: "H"
Business District.
Z -1562 - described as Part of the NEJ of the SEJ of Section 25,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, lying West of Highway 67 -70, more
particularly described as follows: - Begin at the Northwest corner of
said NEi SE L thence East 96 feet to the West right -of -way of Highway
67 -70, thence southwesterly along said right -of -way 264.5 feet; thence
42 feet; thence North 259.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0.40 acres more or less. From: "A" -One Family District To: "H"

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" bes and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respect
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1,
hereof,
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval,
