ORDINANCE NO. 11,461
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONEYS HEREINAFTER
IDENTIFIED FROM UNAPPROPRIATED SURPLUS IN THE STREET AND
GENERAL FUNDS TO CERTAIN DEPARTMENTAL ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; TRANSFERRING
CERTAIN MONEYS WITHIN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT BUDGET ACCOUNT;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11,442, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDI-
NANCE FOR 1964s TO PROVIDE FOR SAID APPROPRIATIONS AND
TRANSFER; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the Street Fund the sum of Eighty Eight and No /100 Dollars
($88.00) to Traffic Dept. Account No. 87 -7.6.
SECTION 2. Section 3(6C)H.4. of Ordinance No. 11,442, same
being the Budget Ordinance for 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund the sum of One Hundred One and No /100 Dollars
($101.00) to Fire Dept. Account No. 94 -7.6.
SECTION 4. There is hereby transferred from Fire Dept. Account
No. 94 -7.7 to Fire Dept. Account No. 94 -7b the sum of One Thousand Six
Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($1,600.00).
SECTION 5. Section 3(11)H.4. and Section 3(11)H.5. of Ordinance
No. 11,442 are hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 6. There is hereby appropriated from unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty

SECTION 7. Section 3(14)G.2. of Ordinance No. 11,442 is hereby

SECTION 9. Section 3(29)H.5. of Ordinance No. 11,442 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

surplus in the Street Fund the sum of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Thirty

SECTION 11. Section 3(33)H.3. of Ordinance No. 11,442 is hereby
amended to read as follows:

SECTION 12. It has been found and determined thatin order to
facilitate the proper operation of the various City Departments involved
herein, it is necessary to purchase immediately the equipment for which
these appropriations and transfer are made; now therefore, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance,being necessary for the pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety, shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
