AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
Section 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z-1 -54B - described as a part of the SJ of Lot 2, Block 19, Subdivision
of the Rapley Estate to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows : - beginning on the south side of
said lot 100 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North
to the North Line of the S* of said Lot 2; thence East to the North-
east corner of the said SJ of Lot 2; thence South to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 2; thence West to point of beginning; EXCEPT a part
of the South 1/2 of said Lot 2, beginning on the South side thereof
100 feet East of the Southwest corner; thence North 33.8 feet; thence
50 feet more or less to the East line of said property; thence South
33.7 feet to the Southeast corner; thence West to the point of begin-
ning; AND the West 69 feet of Lot 11 and the West 69 feet of the
North 16.5 feet of Lot 12, Anita Park Addition to the City of Little

Section 2. That the'map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respect
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Sec. 1.
hereof.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
