AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classifications of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
UST 21st STREET ZONING STUDY- described as All of that portion
of A. C. Read's Subdivision of Block 29, Masonic Addition lying to the
West of Interstate Highway #30, and south of East 16th Street;
All of Lot 2, Block 15, Bragg's Addition;
All of Lot 9, Block 53, Original City of Little Rock;

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
