AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:-
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1424 - described as a part of the NWJ of the NW,J, of the SWJ of SEJ
of SW T, Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, described as follows: -
Beginning at the NW corner of the above described tract, run East 155
feet to a point, thence south 150 feet,west 155 feet, north 150 feet to
point of beginning. From: "H "- Business District _ To: "F"-Commercial
District.
Z-1507 - described as that part of Lots 1 through 6. Block 6, Masonic
Addition lying East of Interstate Highway #30 all lying in Little Rock,
Arkansas: From:--"C"-Two family,- To: "F "- Commercial District

Z-1516 - described as Tracts 1, 2, and 3, of a Subdivision of Tract
No. 1. Home Acres to Little Rock, being a art of the Ej of the SEJ of
the SEj, Section 25, and the NEJ of the NE of Section 36, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 144 (as surveyed
by William M. McCallum as of December 23, 1957, LESS AND EXCEPT: The
East 275 feet of Tract 1, consisting of a tract 115.4 feet east and west,
and 275 feet north and south (plus 25 feet to the center of the road) where
a residence is now situated. From: "A *- One Familv District To: "E -1 -A"
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, ! lrkansas, and designated
"District Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided in
Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
