AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BLOCK 9, PLEASANT HILLS ADDITION
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD Of DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section I. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
2--1429 - Described as Block 9,, Pleasant Hills Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, From: "A"
One - family District, To: "D" Apartment (west portion , "E -1" Quiet
Business (east portion)M
Section 2. That the map referred to in Sec. 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little -Rock and designated "District
Map" be, and it is hereby amended-to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and-designate the changes provided for in
Section I- hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be In
full force from and after its passage and approval.
