ORDINANCE NO. 119437
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THECITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z-1517- described as a tract of land situated in the County of Pulaski,
State of Arkansas, being part of the NW4 of Fractional Section 189 Town-
ship 1 North, Range 11 West of the 5th Principal Meridian and part of the
Ej of the NE4 of Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 12 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on the north and south quarter line of said Fractional
Section 18 at its intersection with the north line of Thirtieth Street
of Factoria Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence west along
said north line of Thirtieth Street and its extensions to a point on
the east line of said Section 13; thence south along said east line
of Section 13 to a point on the northeasterly line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company's right -of -way; thence in a northwesterly
direction along said northeasterly right -of -way line to a point on
the south line of the extension of Roosevelt Road; thence east along
said south line of the extension of Roosevelt Road to a point on afore-
said North and South Quarter line of Fractional Section 18; thence
south along said north and south quarter line to the point of beginning,
less and except the following described tract: BEGINNING at the inter-
section of the south line of the extension to Roosevelt Road and the
north and south quarter line of said Fractional Section 18; thence south
along said north and south Quarter line to a point on the north line of
said Thirtieth Street of Factoria Addition to the City of Little Bock;
thence west 2,087 feet along said north line of Thirtieth Street to a
point; thence North six degrees, Forty -five minutes west, 1,475.2 feet
to a point; thence north 38 degrees, fifteen minutes east, 45.0 feet to
a point; thence north Forty -five degrees, no minutes east, 35.0 feet
to a point on aforesaid south line of the extension of Roosevelt Road;

thence east along said south line of the extension of Roosevelt Road
to the point of beginning. This tract contains, in the aggregate 22.68
acres, more or less.
A tract of land situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas
being part of the NW4 of Fractional Section 18, Township 1 North,
Range 11 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, and more particularly
described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the south line
of the extension to Roosevelt Road and the north and south quarter line
of said Fractional Section 18; thence south approximately 19525 feet
along said north and south quarter line to a point on the north line of
Thirtieth Street of Factoria Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence
west 29087 feet along said north line of Thirtieth Street to a point;
thence North six degrees, forty -five minutes west, 1,475.2 feet to a
point ;thence North 38 degrees, fifteen minutes east, 45.0 feet to a
point; thence north 45 degrees, no minutes east, 35.0 feet to a point on
aforesaid south line of the extension to Roosevelt Road; thence east
approximately 29208 feet along said south line to the point of begin-
ning; containing 76.18 acres, more or less.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated

"District Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided in
Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
