AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1501- described as Lot 8, Block 4, Boone's Addition - From: "B"
Residence District To: '"C"-Two-Family District
Z-1502- described as Lots, 5, 6, Block 7, Niemeyer ,Addition
From "B" Residence District To: "C "- Two - family District
Z- 1505- described as Lots 4, 50 6, Block 405, Lincoln Addition
From: "C" Two - Family District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated
"District Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided in
Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
