AN ORDINANCE CREATING WITHIN THE PARKS & AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION FUND
TWO (2) ADDITIONAL PROJECTS ENTITLED PROJECT 42 AND PROJECT 43;
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS FROM PARKS & AIRPORT CON-
STRUCTION FUND, PROJECT 28, TO PROJECT 42 AND PROJECT 43; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within the Parks & Air-
port Construction Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a pro-
ject entitled Project 42, Allsopp Park and Gillam Park Pavilions, and
there is further created within the said Parks & Airport Construction
Fund of the City of Little Rock a project entitled Project 43, Allsopp
Park Restrooms.
SECTION 2. There is hereby transferred from the Parks &
Airport Construction Fund, Project 28, the sum of Sixteen Thousand
Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($16,500.00), which shall be assigned
to the Projects created in Section 1 hereof as follows:
Project 42. Allsopp Park & Gillam Park Pavilions - - - -- $14,000.00
Project 43. Allsopp Park Restrooms ------------------- $ 2,500.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
