ORDINANCE NO. 11,419
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 11,3331 AS AMENDED, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1963, BY MAKING TRANSFERS
FROM SURPLUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE BUDGET TO DEFICIT ACCOUNTS
WITHIN THE BUDGET; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, certain Departments of the City have surplus moneys
in certain of their budget accounts; and
WHEREAS, certain Departments of the City need additional moneys
to facilitate the management of their departments; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to authorize certain transfers from surplus accounts within
the Budget to deficit accounts within the'Budget; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend certain parts of Ordinance
No. 11,333, as amended, same being the Budget Ordinance of the City
of Little Rock for the year 1963, in order to make such transfers;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. In order to make moneys available in deficit accounts
within the Budget of the City of Little Rock for 1963, the Board of
Directors hereby approves transfers from surplus accounts within the
Budget to the accounts and in the amounts as follows:

tions 9 through 13 of this Ordinance.

SECTION 29. It has been found and determined that in order to
facilitate the proper management of certain Departments in the City
of Little Rock,certain transfers must be made; now therefore, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
