AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) -_Z-1900 - Described as Lot 8, Block 5, Union Depot
Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District
Subsection (b)_- Z -1901 - described as Lot 3, Block 151, Bellevue
Addition - From: "C" -Two- family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business :District
Subsection (c) - Z -1897 - described as the East 60 feet of Block 47,
Santa Fe Park Addition - From: "A "- One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1504 - described as Lots 5 and North 16 feet of
Lot 61 Block 7, Cox Subdivision of Taylor & Bodeman's Addition - From: "All-
One-family District to "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1904 - described as part of the NW 4 NE4 Section 36,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as Beginning at the north-
west corner of said NV -14 NE 4, thence ,East 150 feet, thence south 0 degrees
08 minutes west 226.31to the north right -of -way line of U. S.Highway 67/70,
thence south 35 degrees 53 minutes west 256.8 feet along said right -of -way,
thence north 0 degrees 08 minutes east 434.2 feet to the point of beginning.
From: "A" -One- family District To: "F "- Commercial District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordf-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
