AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 11,662 and SUB - PARAGRAPH 6
UNDER SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
11,612; DELETING FROM LANDS AUTHO-
RIZED FOR CONDEMNATION CERTAIN
LANDS OWNED BY W. H. GRIFFIN AND
WILSIE GRIFFIN, HIS WIFE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11,612 was adopted on
June
21, 1965, and,
among other
things,
condemned cer-
tain
lands lying in
Sections 9,
10, 14
and 15, Township
1 North, Range 11 West, which appear to be owned by W. H.
Griffin and Wilsie Griffin, his wife; and
WHEREAS, the condemnation authorized in both of
the foregoing ordinances was for lands to be used and
utilized in the establishment and construction of an in-
dustrial park and for related facilities, and litigation
was authorized for the purpose of condemning said lands;
and
WHEREAS, certain of said lands should be deleted
from the description of lands condemned under the fore-
going ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 11,662, passed on Oc-
tober 4, 1965, same being an ordinance condemning certain
parcels of real property in Pulaski County, Arkansas, for
the establishment and construction of a port, industrial
park and related facilities, and authorizing condemnation
proceedings against certain lands apparently owned by
W. H. Griffin and Wilsie Griffin, his wife, is hereby re-
pealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Sub- paragraph 6 of Section 1 of Ordi-
nance No. 11,612, enacted on June 21, 1965, same being an
ordinance condemning certain parcels of real property in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used for the purpose of
establishing and constructing a port, industrial park and
related facilities, and authorizing condemnation proceed-
ings against said parcels is hereby repealed. It is the
intention of this section to repeal only sub - paragraph 6
of Section 1, same being the sub- paragraph of Ordinance
No. 11,612 condemning lands owned by W. H. Griffin and
Wilsie Griffin, his wife, but no other sub- paragraph, pro-
vision or portion of Ordinance No. 11,612 shall be affected,
repealed or modified in any manner whatsoever.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
