AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THREE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100
DOLLARS ($3,500.00) FROM STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND (PROJECT 1 -EAST-
WEST EXPRESSWAY) FOR THE ACQUISI-
TION OF ARIGHT -OF -WAY; AMENDING
ORDINANCES NO. 11,631 AND 112602
IN CERTAIN PAATICULARS; AND FOP,
OTHER PUtRPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AR::ANSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
Street Right -Of -Way Fund (Project 1- East -West Express-
way) the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred and no /100
Dollars ($3,500.00) for the purpose of providing addi-
tional funds to those heretofore authorized in the
acquisition of parcel No. 47. This appropriation is
supplemental to an appropriation made in Ordinance No.
11,631 for such purposes.
SECTION 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 11,602
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. There is hereby appropriated the
sum of Thirty -Two Thousand Forty -Nine and no /100 Dollars
($32,049.00) from the City of Little :ock Street Right-
Of-Way Fund (Project 1- East -West :expressway) for the
purposes set forth in the above sections hereof."
SECTION 3. That portion of Section 2 of Ordin-
ance No. 11,602 which heretofore has read as follows:
