AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWO THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED SIXTY -FIVE AND N01100 DOLLARS
($29265.00) FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
IN THE STREET FUND FOR EXPENSES INCURRED
IN THE WIDENING OF THE INTERSECTION AT
MARKHAM AND UNIVERSITY AVENUES; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated balance in the Street Fund the sum of
Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty -Five and no /100 Dollars
($2,265.00) for the purpose of payment of expenses in-
curred in the widening of the intersection of Markham
and University Avenues in the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
