AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORD?NANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone claussification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1875 - described as Lots 13, 14: 15, Block 3, White
City Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: "A"- One -far-i ly District
To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subeection (b) - Z -147; - described as Lot 7, Block 312, Original City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas - Frot :?: "C"- Two- fa.nily District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) -Z-1870 - described as the West One -Half of Lots 1 and
2, Block 1, Retan's Addition to Little Rock, located at the southeast corner
of Broadway and Roosevelt Road - From: "C"- Two- far.iily District To: "E -111-
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1846 - described as the East One -Half of NE'4 SE14 NO-,
Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West From: "A" -One- family District
To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (e) - described as Lot 10, and the East 100 feet of Lots 11 and 12,
Z-1882
Block 11, Faust's Addition, EXCEPT that portion which lies within the East -West
Expressway right -of -way - From: "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and desi- gnated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.,
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
