TWELVE (U) FORTYrFIVE- PASS&IGER AND THIRTY
(30) THIRTY -FIVE PASS&IGER BUSSES;. -AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIaED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKA1vSAS :
SECTIOm i. There is hereby appropriated from
unappropriated balance in the general fund the sum of
Two Hundred Eighty -Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy -
Two and 42/100 Dollars ($287,372.42) for the purpose of
acquiring twelve (12) forty- five - passenger (45- passenger)
and thirty (30) thirty- five - passenger (35- passenger) busses
from General Motors Corporation under and pursuant to
Resolution No. 3,367 of this Board of Directors of even
date of the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. This appropriation includes certain
funds in the sum of Ninety -Five Thousand, Seven Hundred
Ninety and 81/100 Dollars ($95,790.81) the replacement of
which is expected from the Housing and Home Finance Agency
upon the completion of a certain traffic survey and study.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
