AN ORDlivANCE AMENDING SECTIWv 21 -13 (68) OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK BY REDEFINING CLASSIFICATIONS OF EATING
ESTABLISHMENTS FOR PRIVILEGE TAX PURPOSES;
ESTABLISHING A PRIVILEGE TAX FOR RESTAURANTS
AND EATING ESTABLISHMENTS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 21 -13 (66) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(66) CAFETERIAS, RESTAURANTS, CAFES, LUNCH STANDS,
LUNCH COUNTERS, any place where food is
prepared and served to the public:
a. Minimum . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $25.00
b. When beverages (other than beer)
containing 50 or more of alcohol,
by weight, are sold on the
premises by the glass or bottle
as a part of the menue or fare . . . . $50:00-
c. Each chair, or seat,
additional . . . . . . . 0.25"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
