WHERFa,L, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 13th day of Maur , 19 65 ,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the street Block
66 and 67 between Walker and "Lion Streets, JOhiv zAHROU Addition to the City of
Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record
in Flat Book 1 , Page 55 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public easements in said street; and
WHEREA6, after due notices as required by law, the Board of Directors has,
at the time and place :mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be
heard on the question and has ascertained that the street, hereinbefore described,
has heretofore been dedicated to public use as a street, as herein described; has
never been actually used by the public generally to the filing of the plat; that
all of the owners of the property abutting upon the street to be vacated have
filed with the Board of Directors their written consent to such abandonment;
and that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the aban-
donment of such street;

bECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and
abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in
and to the street designated as follows:
Beginning at the N/E corner Lot 6, Block 66, run then North 40 feet, more
or less, to the S/E corner Lot 1, Block 67, JJHN BARROW Addition, run then West
along the South line of said Lot 1, and along the South line of Lot 12, Block 67,
said JOHN BARROW Addition to the S/W corner of said Lot 12, run then South 40
feet, more or less, to the N/W corner of Lot 7, Block 66, JOHN BARROW Addition,
then East along said line of Lot 7 and Lot 6, Block 66 to the F.O.B.
subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified b; the City Clerk,

shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in
the Deed Records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
