ORDINANCE NO. 11,627
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1812 - 1818 -1824 NORTH POLK STREET, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and
is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1829 - described as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 13, Mountain Park Addition
From.: "A"- One - family District To: If "- Commercial District
Section 2. , That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
