AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 3104 WEST MARKHAM STREET, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING SECTION 43 - 2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AR KANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1647- described as beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 12,
Block 6, Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, same being at the intersection of the East tine of Midland Street
and the North line of Markham Street, thence East along the South line of
said Lot and Block, 54 feet to an iron stake, thence in a northerly direction
to the north corner of said Lot 12, thence in a southwesterly direction along
the west line of said Lot 12 to the point of beginning; EXCEPT that part
described as follows: Beginning at the north corner thereof; run thence
south 41 feet to a point; thence west 16 feet to a point on the west line
of said Lot 12, thence in a northeasterly direction along said west line
of said Lot 12 to the point of beginning. From: "B11- Residence District
To: "E -l" Quiet Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
