HomeMy WebLinkAbout11622ORDINANCE NO. 11,622 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. Subsection (a)-- Z -1849 - described as the West 140 feet of the South One- Half of lot 5, and the West 140 feet of Lot 6, Block.421, Duvall's Addition - From: "@'- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District. Subsection (b) - Z-1841-- described as the East 75 feet of the South 37 feet of Lot 11 and the East 75 feet of the North 5 feet of Lot 10, Block 41, Original City - From: "D "- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District., Subsection (c) - Z -1842 - described as all that part of the N.E4 SP-4 of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, and all that part of the NWI-4- of the SMP4 of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying south of Highway #10 - From: "B" Residence and "F "- Commercial Districts To: "F "- Commercial District. S. Highway #70; thence southwesterly along said right -of -way 257 feet; thence north 450 feet, thence East 165 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.6 acres; LESS AND EXCEPT that part thereof deeded to Arkansas State Highway Commission as shown in Deed Book 619 at Page 545 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: A strip of land 25 feet in width and 257 feet in length lying parallei and adjacent to the north right -of -way line of the New U.S.Highway #67 -70, containing 0.147 acres, more or less - From: "A" -One- family District To: "F "- Commercial District. Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi- nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
