AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a)-- Z -1849 - described as the West 140 feet of the South One-
Half of lot 5, and the West 140 feet of Lot 6, Block.421, Duvall's Addition -
From: "@'- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z-1841-- described as the East 75 feet of the South 37
feet of Lot 11 and the East 75 feet of the North 5 feet of Lot 10, Block 41,
Original City - From: "D "- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.,
Subsection (c) - Z -1842 - described as all that part of the N.E4 SP-4 of
Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, and all that part of the NWI-4- of
the SMP4 of Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, lying south of Highway
#10 - From: "B" Residence and "F "- Commercial Districts To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection(d) - Z -538 - described as all of the West Half of Block 5, and the
West 65 feet of that part of the East Half of Block 5, all lying north of State
Highway #102 (Cantrell Road) in Plunkett's Subdivision of the North Half of the
NE 4 of the NW--4 of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 13 West. From: "I" -Light

Township 1 North, Range 12 West, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the southeast corner of V-2- NW-4 NE4 SMF of said Section 19, thence
south 131 feet to a point; thence north 89 degrees 48 minutes west 335.95 feet
to a point; thence north 131 feet to a point; thence south 89 degrees 48 minutes
east 335.95 feet to point of beginning - From: "A"- One - family District To:

the remaining portion.

Subsection (h) - Z -1851 - described as that portionof the NE'4 N4F lying
east of Missouri Pacific Railroad and that part of the SE 4 NVk4 lying east of
Missouri Pacific Railroad and that prt of the SMF NE'4 lying north of Interstate
Highway #30, except the east 331.15 feet thereof, all located within Section 36,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West - From: "A"- One - family District To:. "I" -Light
Industrial District.
Subsection (i) - Z -1839 - described as part of the East 165 feet of the
NE'4 NW4 of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 220 feet south
of the Northeast corner of NE'-4 NW4 Section 36, thence south 252.5 feet to the
north right- of-way line of the New U. S. Highway #70; thence southwesterly along
said right -of -way 257 feet; thence north 450 feet, thence East 165 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1.6 acres; LESS AND EXCEPT that part thereof
deeded to Arkansas State Highway Commission as shown in Deed Book 619 at Page
545 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows: A strip of land 25 feet in width and 257 feet in length lying parallei
and adjacent to the north right -of -way line of the New U.S.Highway #67 -70,
containing 0.147 acres, more or less - From: "A" -One- family District To:
"F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
