AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z-1830-- 1700 Block of North Coolidge Street, described
as Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, Block 2, and Lots 11 and 12, Block 3, White
City Addition - From: "A"- One - family District to "Oil- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1831 - 7210 Cantrell Road, described as Part of Tract 'IV"
Kingwood Places an addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, and the North
Half (9-2) of the twenty foot strip of land heretofore platted as Iowa Avenue,
more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the west line of Florida
Avenue (being the center of Iowa Avenue) which point is ten feet north of the
northeast cornerof Lot One (1), Block One (1), Riffel & Rhoton's Forest Park
Highland Addition to Little Rock, thence north ten feet; thence north 63 degrees
27 minutes west 358.7 feet..; thence south 15 degrees 19 minutes west 150 feet
(along the east line of the tract of land conveyed to Reproco, Inc. by deed dated
August 24, 1964, and recorded in Deed Record Book 887, Page 287, in the office
of the Pulaski County Recorder, and said east line extended northerly) to a
point on the north line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly
along the north right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10 to a point at
the center of Iowa Avenue which point is ten feet south of the north line of
Iowa Avenue; thence east along the center of Iowa Avenue to the beginning: From:

Subsection (c) - Z-1824-- 7820 Cantrell Road, described as the East 10 feet
of Lot 8, and all of Lots 9 through 12, Block 22, Bellevue Addition and 30 feet
adjacent to Third Street (now closed) - From: "A"- One - family District To: "F"-
Commercial District
Subsection (d) - Z-1832.- 8108 Cunningham Lake Road, described as Part.of
Lot 1, Saugey Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
more particularly described as beginning at a concrete monument at the southeast'
corner of Lot 1, Saugey Addition, thence north 294.14 feet to a concrete monument
at the northeast corner of said Lot 1, thence south 88 degrees 14 minutes west
90 feet to a point on the north line of said Lot 1, thence south 216.40 feet to

a point on the north right- of-way of Cunningham Lake Road, thence south 50 degrees
09 minutes east along the said north right- of-way of Cunningham Lake Road 117.05
feet to the point of beginning, containing 22,834 square feet - From: "F "-
Commercial District to "H"- Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1825- 6202 West 12th Street, described as Lot 5, Block 15,
Sandefur's Addition - From: "A"- One - family District to "F"- Commercial District
Subsection (f) - Z -1834 - 7700 Block of Wanda Lane, described as Lots 15 and
16, J. 0. Dickey Subdivision - From: "A"- One - family District To: ''F''- Commercial
District
Subsection (g) - Z -1836 - 8110 Geyer Springs Road, described as Tract "A"
Marvin Bass Industrial Acres, and the 4� of Lot 1, Arnold's Highland Acres -
From: "A"- One - family District To: "fi'- Commercial District
Subsection (h) - Z -1803 - 3123 High Street, described as the south 72 feet
of Lots 7 and 8, Block 8, Bowman's Addition - From: "B "- Residence District To:
"F"- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is'
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
