AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA OF "T" STREET AND CANTRELL ROAD, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated:
Area 1 - All of that portion of Lots 5 and 6, Block 20, Bellevue Addition
lying west and south of Cantrell Road (State Highway No. 10); all of Lots 1 and
21 Block 19, Bellevue Addition - From: Various Zones To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Area 2 - All of Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, Block 21, Bellevue Addition;
All of Lots 1 and 2, Block 15, Bellevue Addition; All of that portion of Lots 11,
12, 13, 14, 15, Block 14, Bellevue Addition lying south of Cantrell Road (State
Highway No. 10); All of that portion of Lots 11, 12, 13 of Block 2, Bellevue
Addition lying south of Cantrell Road (State Highway No. 10); All of that portion
of Lots 14, 15, 16, Block 14, Bellevue Addition lying north of Cantrell Road
(State Highway No. 10); and All of Lots 4, 51 6, 7, 8, Block 14, Bellevue Addition
lying north of Cantrell Road (State Highway No. 10) - From: Various Zones To: "F"
Commercial District.
Area 3. All of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Block 15, Bellevue Addition;
All of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, Block 1, Bellevue Addition; and All of Lots 15 and 16,
Block 15, Bellevue Addition. From: Various Zones To: "C"- Two - family District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Crdi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
