AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 1824 BROnDWAY IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LTTTLL ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property is
hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1669 - Described as all of Lot 8 and the South One -Half (S2) of Lot 9,
Block 1, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: "D"- Apartment
District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
