AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS LOCATED IN THE AREA EAST OF LITTLE ROCK UNIVERSITY, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Area 1 - Described as all of Block 1, C. 0. Brack's Addition; all of Block
7, C. 0. Brack's Addition, All of Block 8, All of Block 15, and All of Block 16,
All of Block 33, and All of Block 34, C. 0. Brack's Addition; and All of Block 3,
Toska Leymer Addition, except the East 250 feet thereof - From: Various Zones
To : "D "- Apartment District.
Area 2 - Described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, of Block 17, C. 0.
Brack's Addition - From: Various Zones To: "E"- Apartment District.
Area 3 - Described as All of Lots 8 and 9 of Block 14, C. 0. Brack's Addi-
tion; all of the West Cne -Half (W2) of Block 9, C. 0. Brack's Addition; All of
the West One -Half (W2) of Block 6, C. 0. Brack's Addition; and all of the West
One -Half (W2) of Block 2, C. 0. Brack's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District
To: "C"- Two - family District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
