AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING TRACTS WITHIN THE CANDLEWOOD SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated. (Case Z- 1791).
Area 1 - Part of the S r4. SE4 of Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
northeast corner of said SE 4 SE 4 Section 18, thence south 02 degrees 39 minutes
East along the East line of Section 18, 1323.23 feet to the southeast corner of
Section 18, thence South 87 degrees 29 minutes west along the south line of
Section 18, 380.0 feet; thence North 02 degrees 39 minutes west 1193.10 feet;
thence north 28 degrees 24 minutes west, 145.44 feet; thence North 87 degrees
29 minutes east 443.18 feet to point of beginning, containing 11.6 acres.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
