ORDINANCt NO. 11,584
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43-2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -1794 - 125 Brown Street, described as Lot 18, Block 4,
Charles S. Stiff's Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: "B"- Residence
District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1798 - 3900 Block of Benton Highway, described as all of
SO4 SO4 and all of the NE'4 SE4 Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, South of Asher Avenue and West of New Benton Highway,
more particularly described as beginning at the intersection of south right -of-
way line of Asher Avenue and east line of said SE's SE',, thence south 1,870 feet
to south line of said SE1< SE., thence west along said south line SE-4 SE' 950
feet to east right -of -way line of New Benton Highway, thence northeasterly along
said right -of -way line, 1,700 feet to a point, thence northwesterly along said
right -of -way 220 feet to south line of Asher Avenue, thence wcsterly along said
south line of Asher Avenue to point of beginning. From: "A"- One - family District
To: "h"- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1795 - 6200 Block of Butler Road (East Side), Described

Subsection (d) - Z -1784 - 2800 Block Between Lewis and Elm Street, Described
as all of Lots 1, 2, 11, and 12, Block 4, Oak Grove Addition. From: "B "-
Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1789 - 4205 West 23rd Street, Described as Lot 5, Block
13, Sam Welch Addition: From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family
District.
Subsection (f) - Z -1792 - 1201 through 1225 Bishop Street, Described as
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 2, Centennial Addition, City of Little Rock
From: "F "- Commercial District and "C"- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (g) - Z-1699.-1319 Broadway, Described as Lot 5, Block 199, Original
City of Little Rock. From: 11D"- Apartment District To: "F "- Commercial District.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and it is
hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
