HomeMy WebLinkAbout11576ORDINANCE NO. 11,576 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS LOCATED WITHIN THE AREA OF RODNEY PARHAM ROAD AND WEST TWELFTH STREET, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: Subsection (a) - Tract No. 1. Described as beginning at the intersection of the north right -of -way line of Kanis Road and the west line of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, thence run north along the west line of said Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 13 West to a point on the north bank of Rock Creek, thence run southeasterly along said Creek bank to its intersection with the north right - of -way of Kanis Road; thence west along said north right -of -way to point of beginning. - From: "A" -One- family District To: "I" -Light Industrial District Subsection (b) - Tract No. 2 - Described as that portion of the west 900' of the SVk;.SV-4 of Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, lying north and east of Rodney Parham Road and south of the south right -of -way tine of the East- Vest Expressway. Subsection (q) - Tract No. 7 - Described as a tract of land more particularly DESCRIbed as follows: Starting at a point on the east right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road 40 feet east and 180 feet south of the northwest corner NE 4, SV4 Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, thence run south 2 degrees 08 minutes east 182.0 feet, thence continue south along a curve having a radius of 359.5 feet and a chord bearing and distance of south 23 degrees 27 minutes east 239.8 feet to a point, said point being on the northeasterly right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road, thence run south 44 degrees 47 minutes east 565.6 feet along afore- said Rodney Parham Road right -of -way line to the point of beginning, thence north 41 degrees 30 minutes east 266 feet to a point on the south right -of -way of Ouachita Drive, thence run southeasterly along said right -of -way 49.4 feet to a point, thence run south 67 degrees 09 minutes east 240.5 feet to a point, thence run south 22 degrees 51 minutes west 278.25 feet to a point on north right -of -way of Rodney Parham Road, thence run westerly along said north right -of -way of Rodney Parham Road 388.3 feet to the point of beginning. Subsection (h1 - Tract No. 8 - Described as a tract of land described as part of the NE4 NE'4 Section 11, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Starting at the northwest corner of the NE'-4 NE4, Section 11; thence south 0 degrees 59 minutes east along the west line of the NE 4 NE 4, Section 11, for 526.16 feet to a point on the norther- ly right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence north 80 degrees 47 minutes east along the northerly right -of -way line of Kanis Road 444.2 feet; thence continue along the northerly right- o €;.wayline of Kanis Road, North 77 degrees 46 minutes east for 80.5 feet; thence south 12 degrees 14 minutes east for 30.0 feet to a point on the center -line of Kanis Road, said point being the point of beginning of the herein described tract; thence south 0 degrees 58 minutes east 845.4 feet to a point on the south line of the NO -4 NE'4 Section 11; thence North 89 degrees 14 minutes east along the south line of the N54 NO-4, Section 11, for 783.9 feet to the south- east corner of the NO-4 NE'4 Section 11; thence north 0 degrees 58 minutes west along the east line of the NE'-4,NE'4 Section 11, for 577.9 feet; thence north 71 degrees 02 minutes west along a fence tine for 456.6 feet; thence north 2 degrees 12 minutes west along a fence line and a fence line produced for 230.3 feet to the center -line of Kanis Road; thence in a westerly direction along the center -line of Kanis Road for 360 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, except the south 350 feet thereof.
