CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

SECTION 1. Section 10 -45 of the Code of Ordinances of
N the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The board of commissioners of Oakland Cemetery
is hereby authorized to charge the owners of
each lot in Oakland Cemetery not provided with
perpetual care an annual fee not to exceed the
o sum of Five and No /100 Dollars ($5.00). Fees
so collected under the provisions of this sec-
>1 tion shall be used for the upkeep and improve-
4 ment of all lots and the surrounding area of

W such lots which are not provided with perpetual
care."

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
