AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated:
,Subsection (a) - Z -1771 - Described as Lots 7 and 10 of Block 1, C. 0, Brack's
Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District
Subsection (b) - Z -1768 - Described as Lots 5 and 6 in Block 7 of C. 0.
Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rocks Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
Part of Lot 7, in Block 7 of the Replat of Survey through Blocks 1 and 7
and Lot 7, Block 7, C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock, accord-
ing to Plat of Record in Deed Boric 509, at Page 479, more particularly described
as follows: Begin at the southeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 7; thence West
along the South line of said Lot 7 to a point 140 feet west of the southeast
corner of Lot 6, in said Block 7; thence North parallel with the East line of
Lots 5 and 6 in said Block 7 a distance of 100 feet; thence East to a point
on the easterly line of said Lot 7 which is 100 feet northof the south tine
of said Lot 7; thence southeasterly along the easterly line of said Lot 7 to
the point of beginning - Lot 7, Block 7, Replat of Survey through Blocks 1 and
7. Except begin at the Southeast corner of said Lot 7, Block 7; thence West along
the South line of said Lot 7 to a point 140 feet West of the Southeast corner
of Lot 6, in said Block 7; thence North Parallel with the East line of Lots
5 and 6 in said Block 7 a distance of 100 feet; thence East to a point on the
easterly line of said Lot 7 which is 100 feet North of the South line of said
Lot 7; thence southeasterly along the easterly line of said Lot 7 to the point
of beginning - Lot 8 in Block 7 of C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas . From: "B"- Residence District To: "C" -Two-
family District.
Subsection (c)-- Z -1769 - Described as Lots A, B. and C of Hester's
Replat of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Block 8, C. 0. Brack's Addition - From:
"B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District
Subsection (d) - Z -1770 - Described as Lots 5, 6s 7, Block 14, C. 0.
Brack's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "CI'- Two - family District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map' be, and it is hereby

amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3 - That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
