AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36 -24 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF. THE CITY OF.
LITTLE.ROCK BY.PROVIDING.FIXED CHARGES
FOR THE REPAIR OF CORPORATION CUTS BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 36 -24 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section 36 -24. Same - Final Repairs to
Corporation Cuts.fter_a compaction
on
requirements re �met, the City Street
Department shall complete repairing the
street cuts. The contractor or utility
company shall be charged and shall pay
on the following basis:
Repair of Penetration Asphalt sq..
Streets: $7.00 per /yard.
sq.
Repair of Concrete Streets: $8.00 per /yard.
Repair of Asphaltic Concrete sq.
Streets: $9.00 per /yard."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
