AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) Z -1753 - Described as Lots 7 and 8 of Block 10, Fairgrounds
Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "I" -Light Industrial District
Subsection (b) Z -1765 - Described as all of Block 57, Original City of Little
Rock - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "H" Business District - and a tract
of land in Block 56, Original City described as follows: Begin at the northwest
corner of Block 56, Original City, thence run south 43 degrees 37 minutes 06
seconds east for 375 feet to a point on the east line of Lot 8, Block 56,
Original City, thence run north along east line of Block 56 to the northeast
corner of Block 56, thence run west along the north line of Block 56 to the
point of beginning - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "E"- Apartment District
Subsection (c) - Z -1759 - Described as Lots 1, 2, and 3, of Block 6 of a
Subdivision of Lot 18, Rapley's Estate, and Lot 5 of Scott Street Addition
From: "F "- Commercial District and "D "- Apartment District - To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (d) -Z -1763 - Described as Lots 9, 10 of Block 10, Braddock's
Boulevard Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "F "- Commercial District,
Subsection (e) - Z -1757 - Described as All of Block 6, Centennial Addition
except the East 80 feet of Lot 12, and except a triangle in the northeast corner
of Lot ll.described as follows: commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 11,
thence run west 30 feet, thence south easterly to a point on the east line of
Lot 11 which is 25' south of the northeast corner of Lot 11, thence north along
the east line of Lot 11 to the point of beginning. From: "C"- Two - family District

Subsection (f) - Z -1764- Described as the western intersection of Cedar
Hill Road and Oakwood Road, being part of the SV-4- of Section 32, Township 2 North,
Range 12 West, described as starting at a point 30 feet due east of the north-
east corner of Block 13 in Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
thence north 501.2 feet for a point of beginning, thence north 150 feet to
the south line of Hill Road sometimes called Riverroad, thence south 72 degrees
west 691.8 feet along the south line of said road, thence south 51 degrees 10

minutes west to a point on the east line of Cedar Street, extended north, thence
south 111.2 feet to a point which is 293.8 feet north of the northwest corner
of Block 14, of Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
thence east 17 -3/4 degrees north 717.4 feet to the point of beginning. From:

Subsection (g) - Z -1756 - Described as Lots 13 through 17, Block 5, Mountain
Park Addition. From: "A"- One - family District To: ''F"- Commercial District
Subsection (h) - Z -1762 - Described as a tract of land in the NW 4, SE w,
Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the NW4, SE4 Section 13, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West; thence south 0 degrees 47 minutes east 721.3 feet to a point
on the north right -of -way line of Asher Avenue; thence on a curve to the left
having the following chord bearings and distances north 86 degrees 04 minutes
west 314.10 feet, north 89 degrees 11 minutes west, 384.60 feet to the south-
east corner of Schoolwood Subdivision; thence north 0 degrees 52 minutes west
along the east line of Schoolwood Subdivision 707.20 feet to a point, the
northeast corner of Schoolwood Subdivision; thence south 88 degrees, 57 minutes
east along the south line of the Little Rock School District property 698.9
feet to the point of beginning, except the south 150 feet thereof. From: "A "-

Subsection (i) - Z -1767 - Described as a tract of land in part of the NE-4
NE I-4 Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, described as follows:- Begin-
ning at the point of and intersection of the west right -of -way line of U. S.
Highway #67 -70 and the north line of the NE4 NE'-4; thence south 5 degrees 26
minutes west along the west right -of -way line 200 feet; thence south 89 degrees
29 minutes west 400 feet; thence north 5 degrees 26 minutes east 200 feet to
a point on the north line of NE% NE4; thence north 89 degrees 29 minutes east
along the north line 400 feet to the point of beginning. From: ''F"'- Commercial
District To: "H"- Business District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
