AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 8212 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) Z -1732 - Described as part of Tract 1, Arnold's Highland
Acres, being a Subdivision of the East 1/2 of the SE'4 and the SW4 of the SE4,
Section 362 Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as beginning at a point on the West line of Geyer Springs
Road 25 feet North and 30 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Tract 1,
thence North along the West line of Geyer Springs Road 140 feet; thence West
160 feet, thence South 140 feet, thence East 160 feet to point of beginning.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section t hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
