AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection
(a)

Described
as Lots 5, 6, and 7,
Block 3, Masonic
Addition - From
"C"-
Two - family
District
- To "F "- Commercial
District
Subsection (b) - Z -1745 - Described as Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 21, Faust's
Addition - From "C"- Two - family District To "E"- Apartment District
Subsection (c) - Z -1726 - Described as Lots 3 through 10 inclusive, Block 4,
Oak Grove Square Addition - From "B "- Residence and "C"- Two - family Districts
To "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1713 - Described as all of Tract #13 of L. B. Leigh and
R. C. Butler's Acres - From: "A"- One - family District - To: "D "- Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
