AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11,369,
SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE AUTHDRIZING
ACQUISITION AND PAYMENT FOR.CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND NEEDED. WITHIN THE
EAST- WEST EXPRESSWAY; APPROPRIATING
THREE HUNDRED;_THIRTY -TWO_ AND N01100
DOLLARS ($332.00) FROM THE STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND PROJECT 1; . AND . FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS the appraisal originally submitted for the acqui-
sition of Parcel No. 60 within the East -West Expressway was
based upon an, erroneous measurement of footage; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that Parcel No. 60 contains
sixty (60) square feet in area in addition to the area thereof
as originally measured; and
WHEREAS the appraised value of said additional sixty (60)
square feet of area is Three Hundred Thirty -Two and No /100
Dollars ($332.00);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 11,369, and in parti-
cular that part of Section 2 which reads as follows:

$15,082.00
It is the purpose of this section to amend the approved purchase
price of Parcel No. 60 without in any way affecting the approved
purchase price of any other parcel described in Section 2 of
said Ordinance 11,369.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the City of
Little Rock Street Right -of -Way Fund Project 1 - Expressway,
the sum of Three Hundred Thirty -Two and No /100 Dollars ($332.00)

for the purpose of paying to the persons entitled thereto the
correct and approved purchase price for parcel No. 60.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
