AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
OF CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP
TWO NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, IN PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, BEING THE UNANNEXED PORTION OF
TREASURE HILL SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
entered its Order on October 6, 1964, upon the Petition of
Rector - Phillips- Morse, Inc., being the owner of all the property
affected, after due notice of hearing on said Petition for the
time and in the manner prescribed by law, ordering the annexa-
tion to the City of Little Rock of the following described lands
located in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
Part of Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 34,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes
50 seconds West, 955.5 feet along the South line
of Section 34; thence continue along the South line
of Section 34, North 89 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds
West, 335.15 feet; thence West, 685.04 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North, 620.0 feet; thence
East, 230.0 feet; thence North 28 degrees 00 minutes
East, 320.0 feet; thence North 03 degrees 50 minutes
20 seconds East, 127.15 feet; thence North 28 degrees
00 minutes East 217.60 feet; to the Southerly Right
of Way Line of Rodney Parham Road; thence along the
Southerly Right of Way Line North 52 degrees 03 min-
utes 21 seconds West, 76.95 feet; thence North 46
degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West, 718.57 feet;
thence South 43 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West,
320.0 feet; thence North 58 degrees 46 minutes 26
seconds West, 238.15 feet; thence West, 163.61 feet;
thence South 00 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East,
1,655.0 feet along the West line of the SEk of
Section 34 to the Southwest corner of the SEk of
Section 34; thence East 675.0 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 32.9 acres more or less.
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since
the entry of said Order of the County Court of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and no person, firm or corporation has instituted any

proceeding in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
or elsewhere, to prevent such annexation, and no protestants
have appeared and no notice given to the authorities of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, of any attempt to vacate, review,
set aside or appeal from the said Order of the County Court;
and
WHEREAS, said above described lands are contiguous
to and adjoin the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
acting through this Board of Directors, does hereby approve
the annexation of, and does hereby accept and make a part of
the incorporated area of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, all
of the lands described hereinabove in this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. It is further ordered that said lands be,
and they are hereby, assigned and attached and made a part of
the Fifth Ward of said City of Little Rock.
