"'Il1MEA , a petition was duly fil -ed with the Bo�rd of Directors of
the City of Little Rocl_, rkansas , o" the --rd day of September, 1964,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the alley in
Block 9, "atemanf - :'Subdivision to Cherry & Cox ?'addition to the Cit'T of
Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition now a;arnearing
of record in Plat Book '11o. 1, Pege 91, in the office of the Recorder of
rulaski County, Aransas, subject, however, to any public easements in
said alley; and

tors has, -t the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all per-
sons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the
alley, hereinbefore described, has heretofore been dedic ^ted to the
public use as an alley, as herein des`dribed; has not been actually used
by the public generally for a period of at least five (5) years subse-
cuent to the filing of the plat; that all of tale owners of the property
abutting upon the alley to be vacated have filed with the Board of
Directors their written consent to such abandonment; and that public
interest and welf -re will not be adversely affected by the abandonment
of such. alley;
