AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 597 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Street Improvement District No. 597 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, was created by Ordinance 9491, passed on
March 8, 1954; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of said District
has reported that all indebtedness of the District has been
retired and all purposes of the District achieved; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners has refunded, pro
rata, to the record owners of the real property within said
District all of the surplus funds derived from the collection
of assessments pursuant to the provisions of Act 350 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Arkansas for the year 1949:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Street Improvement District No. 597 of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby dissolved, and the Commissioners
of said District are discharged.
