AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSA4 AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and
is hereby changed as indicated.
aub- Section (a) - Z -1694 - described as Part of the NE 4 NE4, Section 25,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 394.5 feet south of and 39.9 feet
East of the Northwest corner of said NE'-4 NE'-4, thence East 327 feet to the west
right -of -way line of the New Little Rock - Benton Highway; thence Southwesterly
along the west line of said Highway 232 feet; thence Westerly 300.5 feet to a
point which is 618 feet south of and 39.9 feet east of the northwest corner of
said NV-4 NV-4; thence north 223.5 feet to the point of beginning - From: "F"-
Commercial District To: "H"- Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated 'District Map" be, and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
