AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 900 MARSHALL
STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: REPEALING
ORDINANCE 11,518; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Sub- section (A) - Z -1619 - Described as the East half of
lots 1, 2 and 3; all of lot 12; and all of lot 11 except the
South 1.2 feet of the West 75 feet thereof and except the
South 9.6 feet of the East 75 feet thereof, all in Block 11,
Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. From: "C" - Two - family District. To: "F" -
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
"District Map" be, and it is hereby, amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. Ordinance 11,518 is hereby repealed in its
entirety, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
