AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SUM OF SIX THOU-
SAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($6,000.00) FROM A
CERTAIN BUDGET ACCOUNT WITHIN THE DEPART-
MENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ' A A DEFICIT ACCOUNT
WITHIN .SAID .DEPARTW -NT; AMENDING ORDINANCE
119442 TO REFLECT SAID TRANSFER; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, a new process of repairing streets within the
City of 'Little Rock has been approved; and
WHEREAS, the use of such process requires the rental of
certain equipment; and
WHEREAS, in order to provide for the rental of such
necessary equipment, it is essential that funds be transferred
from account 3.2 within the Street Department to account 5.9
within said department in the sum of Six Thousand and No /100
Dollars ($6,000.00);
NNW, TARE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of Six Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby transferred from account No. 136 - 3.2,
entitled, 'Maintenance of Streets and Alleys," to account 136 -
5.9, entitled, "Other Charges (Rent, etc.)."
SECTION 2.- Subsection (33) D 2 of Ordinance 11,442, same
being the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for the
year, 1964, is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. Subsection (33) F 5 of Ordinance 11,442, same
being the Budget Ordinance for the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the Year, 19640 is hereby amended as follows:
