ORDINANCE NO. 11,518
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 900 MARSHALL STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,.ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43- 2.OF_THE.CODE OF ORDINANCES.OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES..`
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITYOF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Sub- Section (A) - Z -1619 - Described as the East Half of Lots 1, 2, and
3; all of Lot 12; and all of Lot 11 except the South 1.2 feet of the West
75 feet thereof and except the South 9.6 feet of the East 75 feet thereof, all
in Block 11, Marshall 8 Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock Rock,
Arkansas.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
