AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2011 - Described as Lot 12 and the North One -Half
(N'-2) of Lot 11, Block 26, Original City of Little Rock - From: "E -1" Quiet
Business District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2017 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 26, and Lots
4 through 8, Block 25, Cunningham's Addition - From: "B"- Residence
District to "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2020 - Described as all of Tracts 4 and 5, Requa's Suburban
Park except the South 150 feet thereof - From: "A"- One - family District
+To: "'D"- Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
