AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM 1965 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND FUNDS - STREET, THE SUM OF
$4,500.00 TO PROJECT 57 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
RIGHT-OF-WAY; AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCES
11,750, 11,781, and 11,742; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from 1965
Capital Improvements Construction Funds- Street, the sum of
$4,500.00 to Project 57 within said fund for the purpose of
acquiring right -of -way necessary in the completion of said project.
SECTION 2. The appropriation of funds for the
acquisition of Parcel 4 within Project 57 of the 1965 Capital
Improvements Bond Program as specifically set forth in Ordinance
11,750 and 11,781 is hereby increased in the sum of $3,000.00.
SECTION 3. The approved purchase price of Parcel 13
and 14 within Project 57 of the 1965 Capital Improvements Bond
Program as more fully set forth in Ordinance 11,742 and 11,781
is hereby increased in the sum of $1,500.00.
SECTION 4. The appropriation of the funds described
in Section 1 hereof and as allocated in Section 2 and 3 is
supplemental to all prior appropriations with respect to the
parcels of land within the project as described above.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
