AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM
THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND FUNDS
TO VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE 1965 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ACQUIRING TRAFFIC SIGNAL EQUIPMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
riRk.EiN SeAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Capital Improvement Bond Fund the sum of $20,000.00 distributable
among the respective accounts and projects within the 1965 Capital
Improvement Program, as follows:
Project 55,
Project 58,
(Relocation of West Markham Street) $4,000.00
(65th Street)
Project 59, (Mississippi Street)
Project 60, (Chester Street)
8,500.00
1,000.00
3,000.00
Project 56, (12th Street) 3,500.00
SECTION 2. The appropriation to the respective accounts
and projects as set forth in Section 1 hereof are for the purpose of
providing funds with which to acquire traffic signal equipment to be
used as part of the improvements within the respective projects.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and affect
from and after its passage and approval.
